My classes are carefully designed to join together mind, body and breath; a moving meditation to build strength from our own foundation up. Expect to find an energising, fun flow working on balance, alignment, mobility and flexibility. The sequences will then progress towards working on finding stillness and a sense of calm in the body and mind, always leading from the breath.
